It may take up to 60 days from receipt of your claim form for BATA to process and issue a refund check.
If you have a hardship or are having trouble verifying the status of your claim, you may call the FasTrak Customer Service Center toll free at 877-229-8655, or go to Email FasTrak and click Web. When the drop-down box appears, select Unclaimed Funds. You will need to provide the name that appears on the FasTrak unclaimed funds list and a brief statement of your inquiry.
