After being closed for a year and a half due to Covid-19, the FasTrak Walk-In Customer Service Center is reopening to customers. The center is located at 375 Beale St., San Francisco. The hours of the center are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Customers can pay tolls and violations, return and get toll tags, discuss disputes and get additional account assistance.
When customers arrive at the center, they will be required to wear a mask and complete a health questionnaire. They also will need to observe strict social distancing and building capacity limitations.
